CatGenie 120, 60 and A.I. - Upgraded Double Efficiency Scrubber

Description

I know your CatGenie factory scrubber is bent and in terrible condition! The factory scrubber is made of a very low quality plastic and it quickly becomes deformed after it clips the drainage port inside the CatGenie!
This
upgraded
scrubber will perform
better
than the factory scrubber!  The
Quad-Offset
design allows for 2 extra scrub mountains (9 as opposed to 7), which creates a 1-4-4 offset instead of a 1-6 offset.  The
Double Scrubber's
scrub mountain formation will scrub the interior of the CatGenie more efficiently allowing for a cleaner machine with every wash cycle!
The
Double Scrubber
was specifically designed to clip the drainage port as few times as possible! The bottom of the
Double Scrubber
was specifically designed with a double fillet; for a total of 3mm! Drainage clipping in inevitable, but this design will minimize clipping, and if the
Double Scrubber
does clip the drain, the
Quad-Offset
rigidity bracing will force to
Double Scrubber
to immediately spring back to the form factor in which it was designed!
This 3D printed unit is manufactured with a high durability premium PLA which offers high layer adhesion and premium rigidity without a flexural modulus value too great to allow bending during unfortunate drainage clipping! This model is solid plastic through the entire unit, unlike the factory scrubber which has visible hollow points!
The

can be delivered in any color, however
black

Shipping: The

will ship
next day
in most scenarios. During periods of high volume I may need extra time to print/prepare the product; should the product be estimated to ship in a 3+ day window, I will PM the buyer to confirm the order.
Note: (1) Due to the the 9 scrub mountains being a complex geometry for 3D print manufacturing, some units might ship with sanding marks (to remove stringing and "zits") and should be assumed acceptable. Most units will not contain these defects, but units that do contain these defects will not suffer in performance. Sanding marks may make the unit appear as though it is not new, but all units are
